Shocking video: Migrants housed under a bridge and fenced in

The Biden administration, overwhelmed with the surge in illegal immigrants, is housing some under bridges, fenced in by plastic orange safety barriers typically used on construction sites, according to a new video from the Texas border.

The video, posted by Indiana Sen. Mike Braun with North Carolina Sen. Thom Tillis, shows several immigrants under a bridge in Mission, Texas. Some have space blankets. Portable toilets have been provided.

“No crisis at the border, right?” said Tillis.

Braun and Tillis, who taped the video around midnight Thursday night, said that the Border Patrol officials told them that the numbers are far higher than in recent years and more than the standard spring surge that President Joe Biden claimed at his press conference Thursday.

“I was here two years ago, and it bears no resemblance. We were controlling the border. Now we're hearing the Border Patrol is spending more time helping these families while criminals are bringing drugs and illicit materials into the United States. They don't have the resources to stop the illegal flow because the administration is allowing this flow that we see behind us. It's inhumane,” Tillis said.

They said that COVID-19 testing is chaotic, and smugglers are receiving $4,000 to push people across the border.
