House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, said Tuesday that he put former top Obama administration official, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., on notice that they may have to testify about leaked intelligence related to Russiagate.
"Yeah, I would like to probably talk to the individual who did the 302," Jordan said on the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show when asked if Garland and Schiff should testify. "I assume there's a 302 done. We just got this information. We're just digging through it."
A 302 is a report form that FBI agents use to summarize witness interviews.
An intelligence officer who worked for Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee for more than a decade repeatedly warned the FBI beginning in 2017 that then-Rep. Adam Schiff approved leaking classified information to smear then-President Donald Trump over the now-debunked Russiagate scandal, according to an FBI memo first reported on by Just the News.
