As part of the addendum for the DHHS, a section designated as "Training for Diversity" that is made up of funding for Centers of Excellence, the Health Careers Opportunity Program, Faculty Loan Repayment, and Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students amounts to over $100 million.
According to many other budget line items reviewed by The Post Millennial in the $1.2 trillion spending package, DEI seems to be a focus in other places. Another example is the $4.7 million in funding that will be going to the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer over at the Department of Homeland Security.
