3 States Declare Emergencies for Hurricane Debby; US Ready to Defend Israel From Expected Strike | NTD Good Morning (Aug. 5)

Tropical Storm Debby has now been upgraded to a Category 1 hurricane, as it approaches landfall this morning in the big bend region of Florida. The hurricane is expected to bring historic amounts of rainfall to a large swath of the southeast. Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina have already declared states of emergency.

The United States and its allies are preparing to defend Israel from an expected strike from the Iranian regime. That’s after the killing of a top Hamas terrorist last week in Tehran. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel is already in a multi-front war. He told his cabinet on Aug. 4 Israel is ready for any scenario.

Yemen’s Houthi terrorist group said they downed a United States drone over the north of the country. And a Houthi missile hit a container ship that was traveling south through the Gulf of Aden.
