Hunter Biden is asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit he filed because he does not have the financial resources to continue litigation.

Hunter, son of former President Joe Biden, filed a declaration in his case against Garrett Ziegler on Wednesday.

Why It Matters

In 2023, Hunter filed a lawsuit against Ziegler, a former White House staffer during President Donald Trump's first term. The suit alleges that Ziegler violated state and federal laws by "accessing, tampering with, manipulating, [and] altering" content from a laptop connected to Hunter.
